For all you Despicable Me – Minion fans out there ….

I just wanted to do a very quick blog post this week about Corrine, a friend of mine who produces the most amazing cakes !

Every now and then I get to do the product photographs for one of her creations and last week was this one … THE most spectacular Minion cake.

Corrine’s cakes not only look incredible but they taste great too – (speaking from experience here !!)

She does the most amazing kids cakes – but also beautiful ‘grown up’ ones too !
